General questions
This section covers general information our policies, sessions, and other frequently asked questions.
Some families come primarily for bodywork support, while others are seeking focused lactation care. If you’re unsure which session is the best fit, we can talk it through together and adjust as needed.

No. I work with infants, children, parents, and adults. Care is always adapted to the age, stage, and needs of the client.
Session length varies depending on the service booked. Details are listed when scheduling, and we’ll always move at a pace that feels supportive for you and your family.
That’s completely welcome. Sessions are designed to accommodate feeding, breaks, movement, and rest as needed.
Lactation support is provided within the scope of practice of an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). Craniosacral therapy and bodywork are supportive wellness services and are not a substitute for medical care.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to the full session fee. This policy helps ensure availability for all families seeking care.
