Bodywork

My work centers on gentle, hands-on craniosacral therapy that supports infants, children, and families in finding greater comfort, regulation, and ease in their bodies. My background in infant feeding and development informs the way I listen, observe, and pace each session.

Sessions are guided by careful listening and a soft, responsive touch, with attention to how tension patterns may develop through birth experiences, periods of growth, stress, and life transitions. Each session is paced to meet the individual where they are, allowing space for rest, regulation, and the body’s natural capacity to soften and settle.

Care is paced to your baby’s needs and may include time for feeding, rest, and regulation.

Lactation

My work offers IBCLC-led lactation and infant feeding support for families navigating feeding challenges during infancy and early childhood. Care is informed by a deep understanding of infant development, oral function, and nervous system regulation, and is paced to support comfort and connection during feeding.

I work with infants and toddlers experiencing feeding challenges, oral coordination concerns, tethered oral tissues (oral ties), weight gain questions, and feeding-related stress or difficulty.

My approach to lactation care is gentle, trauma-informed, and highly attuned to each family’s needs, supporting confidence, comfort, and clarity around feeding.
